Johnny's Seeds Mobile

Johnny Seeds sells a wide variety of quality, non-GMO seeds to small-scale gardeners and commercial farmers. I’ve benefited from their well-designed website for several years and decided to apply my UX process to make it even better, with a focus on mobile.

Journey Mapping

I charted the home gardener’s journey through the mobile site and beyond. What is she doing at each stage? What does she need? When are those needs met and not met?
